I have also seen these and – in the beginning was guilty of the same – funny how I now giggle when my instructor says “breathe” and when I started out in yoga, I often caught myself holding my breath.
I saw this today on Care2.com and thought it was worth a mention. I often see people in the yoga class that I go to making the same mistakes. So take heed – only do what you can do – modified positions are allowed!
